 Supper day 1..

 Lunch day 2, Thai butternut squash soup
Moroccan cous cous with apricots and pistachios 
Marinated Mediterranean Vegetables with basil oil  
bbq'd beetroot with sweet goats cheese and walnuts 
Spanish omelette 
Honey Roast Ham

Lunch day 3.. Wild mushroom soup
Pesto and Pine nut potato salad 
Thai salmon fishcakes and fresh mayo
spicy lentils with herbs
Pea and Mint Mash
plum tomato with creamy buratta and basil

 Lunch day 4.. Spicy tomato soup
Asian chicken salad with caramelised peanuts 
Cous Cous with grilled Mediterranean veg
Grilled Halumi with chilli and garlic
Pink endive with sweet caramelised onions and blue cheese salad 
Spiced beetroot dip
