Supper.. Party night
Mussels with garlic and white wine
Peached bbq Pork, Endives stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, olives and pine nuts,
Red cabbage and blue cheese salad, mash potato with truffle oil
raspberry, lemon and chocolate tart
DAY 3
BBQ Lunch.. Burgers, corn on the cob, spare ribs, some fishies
